Biological age calculator
Estimate clinical Phenotypic Age from your blood panel with the published Levine model. Nine biomarkers and your age at the blood draw — no account, no guesswork questionnaire.
What does this biological age estimate mean?
The published method
Levine and colleagues developed clinical Phenotypic Age using NHANES population data and mortality modelling. It combines nine blood biomarkers and chronological age. This calculator follows the original-model implementation in the BioAge research package; it is not the DNA-methylation DNAm PhenoAge test.
CRP is converted from mg/L to mg/dL before the natural logarithm. White blood cells in 10⁹/L are numerically equivalent to 10³ cells/µL. Use only the units shown; mixing unit systems changes the estimate.
Limits worth taking seriously
Illness, inflammation, medicines and lab variation can change these inputs. This is a population-derived research score, not a diagnosis, personal prognosis or proof a supplement worked. A model estimate should not drive treatment decisions.
This tool accepts adult ages 18–120 as an input safeguard, not a claim of clinical validation throughout that range. Missing markers cannot be substituted. Compare results from consistent conditions and discuss concerns with a clinician.
